Arabian Coffee

Green Coffee Bean Extract

Green coffee beans are unroasted coffee beans, and retain a high amount of chlorogenic acid compared to regular, roasted beans. Chlorogenic acid has been found to aid in weight loss by helping to slow down the body’s absorption of fat from your regular food intake. It also increases your metabolism, which also helps in the weight loss process. Regular coffee will just increase your metabolism; it is the green coffee extract that has all of the extra benefits.

Spirulina

Spirulina is most commonly recognised as one of the world's most nutritionally complete superfoods, as it offers health benefits to practically every organ and bodily function. 

It contains more proteins than meat and soybeans and will make you feel fuller for a longer and has a low glycemic index, causing you to refrain from snacks and high sugar treats. It’s also a major source of the essential omega three fatty acids which boosts brain function.

Matcha Green Tea

Already nearly calorie free, Matcha is a great addition to a weight loss program by tackling the problem from both sides. It boosts metabolism and burns fat. One recent study even suggested that Matcha may help burn calories by four times. At the same time, Matcha does not put any stress on the body.
